modern room helpful reception breakfast service room refreshment
the room was modern and clean. the breakfast was tasty. i especially liked burak at reception, he was helpful and friendly.
we had to ask several times for tea or coffee. also, the room cleaner didn't replenish shampoo or coffee or tea or even water regularly. This was disappointing

Wonderful Stay with Really good Service
The location was central, providing easy access to many attractions. Selen and Asya were helpful (I can't say enough good things about them). I found the breakfast quite enjoyable.
The noise from nearby bars was noticeable late into the night. This made it a bit challenging to fall asleep at times.

Excellent Service and Location
attentive staff spacious room easy access
The reception staff (Asya and Umut in particular) offered a very warm welcome. They ensured my stay was comfortable. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel offered easy access to attractions and public transportation.
The minibar had very high prices.

The room design incorporated well-placed lighting fixtures. There was also adequate storage space for luggage and personal items. Complimentary toiletries were provided in the bathroom (shampoo, shower gel and soap).

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation. Several restaurants and shops are accessible within a short walk. The hotel's central position helped in visiting many attractions (it was a great advantage).
